Use any type of fruit preserves or fresh fruit you wish. These chia parfaits are completely customizable. I prefer the raspberry ones!


I used greek yogurt in this recipe, but any kind of yogurt will do.

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, add the milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla.

2. Whisk together until combined.

3. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

4. Remove bowl from refrigerator and stir pudding.


5. Fill each mason jar or glass cup ½ full of the pudding.

6. Layer with a spoonful of yogurt divided evenly.

7. Add a layer of graham cracker divided evenly.

8. Top with a spoonful of your choice of fruit or preserves.

 

9. Sprinkle with granola if desired.
