1. Heat butter in a large over medium heat until melted.
2. Add gnocchi to the skillet in a single layer.
3. Cook for 10-12 minutes stirring occasionally until nicely browned and crisp.
4. Remove gnocchi from skillet and set aside on a plate.
5. In the same skillet, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat.
6. Add the onion, tomatoes and okra. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
7. Add the chicken pieces and sauté another 4-5 minutes until veggies are soft and chicken is cooked mostly through.
8. Add the garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
9. Stir in the cayenne, basil, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper.
10. Add the tomato sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
11. Add the gnocchi back to the skillet and stir together.
12. Remove from heat. Serve with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese if desired.
