Chocolate Chip Cookie Delight
One of the most decadent and sinful desserts is also really easy to make! This family recipe is great for gatherings, parties or just because. Chocolate chip cookie crust, layered with cheesecake and pudding...and then topped with whipped cream!

You can use 1 carton (12 ounces) whipped topping instead of the whipped cream if desired.Keep frozen for up to 2 weeks. Let thaw for 3-4 hours in refrigerator before serving.

Cookie Layer
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper. Also, place a stand mixer bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer to chill.
2. In a medium bowl add the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Whisk together until incorporated.
3. In a large bowl with a hand mixer or in a stand mix, beat the butter until smooth and creamy.
4. Add the brown sugar, and sugar and beat until well mixed.
5. Add eggs and vanilla and continue mixing until smooth.
6. Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and beat until just combined.
7. Stir in the mini-chocolate chips.
8. Spread the dough evenly with a spoon or your hands. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
9. Remove from oven and let cool completely in pan before adding layers. While cookie layer is cooling, make the whipped cream.
Whipped Cream
1. Pour heavy whipping, powdered sugar and vanilla into the cold bowl. Using a hand mixer or the whisk attachment of your stand mixer, beat ingredients on low until combined.
2. Beat for another minute or two on high speed until stiff peaks form. Cover and set aside in refrigerator.
Cream Cheese Layer
1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
3. Fold in half of the whipped cream.
4. Spread cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust in an even layer. Set aside in refrigerator while making next pudding layer.
Pudding Layer
1. Add pudding mix and milk to a large bowl. Whisk for 2 minutes until pudding thickens.

Spread pudding over cream cheese in an even layer.
Finish
1. Spread remaining whipped cream over the top.
2. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
3. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving. If cutting into squares, chill covered in freezer for 2-4 hours then slice into squares.
4. Cut into squares and keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
