1. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl or in the bowl of a stand mixer, beat butter until creamy.
3. Add sugars and mix until combined.
4. Add egg, milk and vanilla and mix for another minute or until well blended.
5.
Add flour mixture to the wet mixture and mix on low until incorporated.
6. Gently fold in chocolate chunks.
7. Add 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff and swirl throughout dough.
8. Cover and place dough in refrigerator and chill for 30 minutes to an hour. This will help keep the marshmallow from spreading too much while baking.

10. Scoop a 1 1/2 tablespoons amount of dough using a cookie scoop or a spoon and place on the prepared baking sheet 2 inches apart from one another.
11. Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not over-bake your cookies.
Let cool completely on a wire rack.
12. Heat remaining marshmallow fluff in microwave safe bowl for 10 seconds. Drizzle over the cookies to finish.
