1.

Place a large stock pot on the stove, add the olive oil and turn to medium-high.

2. Add the onions and garlic and sauté for a couple minutes.

3. Add the ground turkey and stir until the turkey is thoroughly cooked and browned.

4. Turn stove to medium and add the water and chili seasoning mix. Bring to a boil.

5. Reduce to low heat and add the tomato paste, diced tomatoes, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, corn and 1/2 cup of the cranberries. Mix thoroughly.

6. Add wine and mix.

7. Cover and let simmer for an hour or two.

8. Add remaining cranberries and serve.
