Decadent Potatoes

In my opinion these potatoes are quite simply the best way to prepare potatoes! Thick cut potatoes...crispy on the outside and creamy soft inside. These potatoes will change your life...or at least make it more tasty!


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.

2. In a large bowl combine the melted butter, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

Add the potato slices and toss until all the pieces are coated.

Lay the potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet, close together without touching.

5. Roast the potatoes for 20 minutes.

6. Flip the potato slices and roast for another 20 minutes.

7. Remove baking sheet from oven and pour the chicken broth carefully around the potatoes.

8. Place the baking sheet back in the oven for another 15 minutes until tender.

9. Remove from oven and garnish with paprika and parsley. Serve warm.

  • 3 pounds Yukon gold potatoes or red potatoes, peeled and cut into 1” slices
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley

Yukon Gold potatoes are the best for this recipe, but red potatoes will work too!
