Healthy Homemade Granola
Finally a snack you can feel good about! Packed with lots of healthy nuts, seeds, oats and just a little bit of sweetness...this granola is the perfect healthy treat!
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly cover with baking spray.
2. In a large bowl combine the coconut oil, maple syrup, honey, egg whites, vanilla, cinnamon and sea salt. Whisk until incorporated.
3. Add the oats, walnuts, pecans, almonds, pepitas, sunflower seeds and coconut flakes. Fold mixture until all pieces are lightly coated.
4. Spread granola evenly into your prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake for 30 minutes stirring hallway through.
6. Remove from oven and stir in the cranberries. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
7. Remove from oven and press granola down firmly and let cool for 1-2 hours in the pan.
8. Break granola into chunks and store in Tupperware or Ziploc bags for up to 2 weeks.

- 1/2 cup raw pecan halves

- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
