ingredients:
- 3 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup raw walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup raw almonds, sliced
- 1/2 cup raw pecan halves
- 1/4 cup raw pepitas
- 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries

How to cook Healthy Homemade Granola
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly cover with baking spray.
- In a large bowl combine the coconut oil, maple syrup, honey, egg whites, vanilla, cinnamon and sea salt. Whisk until incorporated.
- Add the oats, walnuts, pecans, almonds, pepitas, sunflower seeds and coconut flakes. Fold mixture until all pieces are lightly coated.
- Spread granola evenly into your prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes stirring hallway through.
- Remove from oven and stir in the cranberries. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and press granola down firmly with a spatula and let cool for 1-2 hours in the pan.
- Break granola into chunks and store in Tupperware or Ziploc bags for up to 2 weeks.
