Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 cups quick cook oats
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla

1. In a medium saucepan, add the butter, milk, cocoa, sugar and salt. Stir together over medium heat until butter has melted.
2. Bring to a low boil stirring constantly.
3. Put lid on saucepan and boil for 1 minute. DO NOT OVER COOK.
4. Take the saucepan off heat and add the peanut butter.
5. Stir peanut butter until dissolved.
6. Stir in vanilla and oats and mix until combined.
7. Drop tablespoon sized spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
8. Let cool for 30 minutes to harden.
9. Let cool for 30 minutes.
