No-Bake PB Oat Cookies
These cookies are closely related to the No-Bake Chocolate Drops we are all familiar with, but instead of chocolate...think caramel. Mixed with the usual peanut butter and oats...these no-bake cookies are just as good...if not better than their chocolate cousin.

1. In a medium saucepan, add the butter, milk, brown sugar and salt.
2. Stir together over medium heat until butter has melted.
3. Bring to a low boil stirring constantly.
4. Put lid on saucepan and boil for 1 minute. DO NOT OVER COOK.
5. Remove saucepan from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until dissolved.
6. Stir in oats. Mix until combined.
7. Drop tablespoon sized spoonfuls onto parchment paper.
8. Let cool for 30 minutes to harden.
