Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions:
How to cook Snickerdoodle Blondies
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat butter until smooth and creamy. Slowly add sugar and blend together.
- In a small bowl add eggs and milk. Beat with a fork and add to butter mixture. Mix thoroughly.
- Slowly add flour mixture and stir together.
- Spread batter evenly in baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the 2 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle 2/3 of the cinnamon/sugar over batter, reserving the rest for after baking.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until blondies are slightly brown along the edges.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely in pan. Cut into bars and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon/sugar.
