Swirled Peanut Butter Blondies

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, add the melted butter and sugars. Whisk until combined.
4. Add the egg and vanilla and whisk until smooth.
5. Add the flour mixture and mix until just combined.
6. Fold in peanut butter chips.
7. Spread batter into prepared baking pan in an even layer.
8. Add chocolate chips and peanut butter to a medium microwave bowl.
9. Heat in microwave on half-power for 1 minute.
10. Then heat on half-power in 15 second intervals stirring in between until chocolate mixture is smooth.
11. Make 3 lines of chocolate mixture parallel to each other on top of the batter.
12. Drag a knife through the chocolate mixture going perpendicular making a swirled pattern
13. Bake in the preheated oven 20-25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
14. Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting.
