Why buy whipped cream in a can? This whipped cream recipe is so easy and tastes so much better than store bought.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
- Place mixer bowl in freezer for at least 20 minutes to chill.
- Pour heavy whipping, powdered sugar and vanilla into the cold bowl.
- Using a hand mixer or the whisk attachment of your stand mixer, beat ingredients on low until combined.
- Beat for another minute or two on high speed until stiff peaks form.
Notes:
You can substitute the powdered sugar for granulated sugar. The powdered sugar makes for a thicker whipped cream.
